I will be boycotting all Starbucks until this store location changes. The morning staff is rude, drinks are never made right. On several occasions I have received a drink that the milk was warm in a “ cold” drink cause the milk was left out on the counter. All the morning staff wants to do is talk and giggle and have fun. I am also boycotting Starbucks specially this location because the current manager is a bigot. Homophobic, and has at least on one occasion that I’ve witnessed chiming in with a mega hat wearing republican customer with highly offensive statements. Last time I checked it is a free country but your personal religious and political opinions you keep to yourself in the work place. Specially when it makes your staff uncomfortable. Because it goes against everything Starbucks stands for at this location I will not be back. I take a stand and if anyone else reads this and feels the same I hope you follow what you know is right and stand up against hate.

Pretty disappointed with the staffing at this location. I worked for Starbucks in high school and we were all about the people. No matter what we were doing, we welcomed each guest and stopped to serve. The last dozen times I’ve walked in here, it has been at least 30 seconds before I’ve been acknowledged or helped. Sometimes I have even left after a whole minute or two passed. I stand at the counter waiting to even be noticed. Yet the whole time, someone will be facing me behind the pastry case putting stickers on something or making whipped cream. When I finally order, it takes forever to get the drink after the barista sloppily get its to the counter with the lid not on completely, liquid running down the side of the cup or oozing out the top. Yesterday, I waited until he finished his task before ordering, he told me my total and then disappeared for another minute to get and restock lids. My card failed to process, so I stood there wondering what was going on while 4 employees were within a few feet of me yet never looked up. What you do is never as important as who you’re serving. Hoping someone up top pays a secret shopper visit here and requires some changes.

This location has been slow every time I have been there. My coffee has regularly tasted watered down or mixed poorly. The staff is eager to ignore customers if someone they know is in the store. I would only give one star but my wife has had better luck here and they haven’t got my orders incorrect yet. Just took forever to make it and made it poorly several times.
